Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using Creator Socials. They govern your access to and use of our platform.

Acceptance of Terms

Agreement

By accessing or using Creator Socials (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Creator Socials, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Description of Service

Platform Overview

Creator Socials is a social media management platform that allows users to create, schedule, and publish content to connected social media accounts including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. The Service requires you to connect your social media accounts via OAuth.

Third-Party Platforms

Publishing features depend on the APIs and policies of third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram). We do not guarantee availability, uptime, or continuity of those third-party services. Changes to their APIs or policies may affect functionality.

Beta & Sandbox Limitations

Certain platform integrations may operate in sandbox or restricted mode during development phases. Posts may only be visible to a limited set of test users during such phases. We will communicate any such limitations clearly in the dashboard.

Section 3

User Accounts

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@creatorsocials.es if you suspect unauthorized access.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep it updated.

One Account Per User

Each user may maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits or restrictions is prohibited.

Acceptable Use

Permitted Use

You may use Creator Socials only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for all content you publish through the Service.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: publish content that violates any applicable law; infringe on intellectual property rights; post spam, misleading, or harmful content; attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service; use the Service to distribute malware or conduct phishing attacks; or violate the terms of connected social media platforms.

Platform Policy Compliance

You are responsible for complying with the terms and community guidelines of each social platform you publish to. Violations of platform policies through our Service may result in account suspension both on the platform and within Creator Socials.

Section 5

Content & Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create and upload. By using the Service, you grant Creator Socials a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Intellectual Property

The Creator Socials platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and brand assets, is our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Section 6

Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription Plans

Creator Socials offers Free, Starter, Professional, and Enterprise subscription tiers. Features available to you depend on your active plan. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.

Free Trial

We may offer limited-time free trials on paid plans. Trial eligibility, duration, and terms will be clearly communicated before activation. After the trial ends, you will be billed at the standard rate unless you cancel.

Renewals & Cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time via the billing settings in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before price changes take effect. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge at billing@creatorsocials.es.

Section 7

Disclaimers & Limitations

No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Creator Socials shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of revenue, data, or social media reach.

Aggregate Cap

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Section 8

Termination

By You

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the dashboard settings.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a risk to other users or the platform. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. Content stored in the platform may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

Section 9

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Spain.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you benefit from the mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence, which these Terms do not override.

Section 10

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
