Connect Platforms

Connect YouTube

Connecting your YouTube account lets you publish long-form videos and Shorts directly to your channel without leaving the dashboard.

Before you begin

You need a Google account with an active YouTube channel.
If you don't have a YouTube channel yet, create one at youtube.com before connecting.

How to connect

1

Go to Connect Platforms

In your dashboard sidebar, click 'Connect Platforms'.

2

Click Connect next to YouTube

You'll be taken to Google's login screen to choose which account to connect.

3

Grant access

Review the permissions and click 'Allow'. This lets Creator Socials upload videos to your channel on your behalf.

4

Done!

You'll be redirected back to the dashboard. Your channel name and profile picture will appear on the YouTube card.

What content can I publish?

You can publish standard videos and YouTube Shorts. When creating a post, you'll choose the video type, set the privacy level (Public, Private, or Unlisted), and select a category.

Connect Platforms

Connect TikTok

Before you begin

You need an active TikTok account.
Make sure you are logged in to TikTok in your browser before starting the connection.

Go to Connect Platforms

In your dashboard sidebar, click 'Connect Platforms'.

What content can I publish?

You can publish short-form videos. When creating a post you can set the privacy level and choose whether to allow Duets, Stitches, and comments on that video.

Connect Platforms

Connect Instagram

Connecting your Instagram account lets you publish Reels and image posts directly to your profile.

Before you begin

Your Instagram account must be set to Professional (Business or Creator type).
Your Instagram account must be linked to a Facebook Page.
You need a Facebook account with admin access to that Facebook Page.

Personal Instagram accounts cannot be connected. To switch to a Professional account, open the Instagram app → Settings → Account → Switch to Professional Account. Then link it to a Facebook Page under Settings → Linked accounts.

How to connect

1

Make sure your account is set to Professional

In the Instagram app, go to Settings → Account → Switch to Professional Account, if you haven't already.

2

Link Instagram to a Facebook Page

In Instagram settings, go to Linked accounts → Facebook and connect a Page you manage.

3

Go to Connect Platforms

In your Creator Socials dashboard, click 'Connect Platforms'.

4

Click Connect next to Instagram

You'll be redirected to Meta's login page. Sign in with your Facebook account.

5

Grant access and select your account

Choose the Instagram account and Facebook Page to connect, then approve the permissions.

6

Done!

Your Instagram account will appear as connected in the dashboard.

What content can I publish?

You can publish Reels (short-form videos) and single image posts to your Instagram Professional profile.

Publishing

Create a Post

A post in Creator Socials is a piece of content — a video or image — that you publish to one or more connected social platforms at the same time.

1

Go to Posts → New Post

Click 'New Post' in the sidebar or on the Posts page.

2

Add a title and description

Enter a title and description for your content. These will be used as the caption or video description on each platform.

3

Upload your media

Upload your video or image file. Supported formats depend on the platform — video files work for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram Reels; image files work for Instagram.

4

Select your platforms

Choose which connected platforms to publish to. You can target one, two, or all three at once.

5

Configure per-platform settings

For each selected platform, adjust the available settings — such as privacy on YouTube, or interaction controls on TikTok.

6

Publish or schedule

Click 'Publish Now' to send it immediately, or pick a date and time to schedule it for later.

You must have at least one social account connected before you can publish a post. Head to Connect Platforms to get started.

Publishing

Schedule Content

Instead of publishing immediately, you can schedule any post to go live at a specific date and time. Creator Socials will automatically publish it for you at that moment.

1

Create your post as usual

Fill in your title, description, upload your media, and select your target platforms.

2

Set a scheduled date and time

In the post form, choose a future date and time using the scheduling selector.

3

Save the post

Submit the form. Your post will appear in the Posts list with a 'Scheduled' status showing when it will go live.

4

Sit back

At the scheduled time, Creator Socials automatically publishes your content to all selected platforms. You'll see the status update to 'Published' once it's done.

Security & Privacy

Your connected accounts are important. Here's how Creator Socials keeps them safe.

We never store your passwords

Creator Socials connects to YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram through their official authorization systems (OAuth). You log in directly on each platform's own page — we never see or store your social media passwords. We only receive a secure access token that each platform gives us to publish on your behalf.

Your tokens are encrypted

The access tokens we receive from platforms are encrypted before being stored. They are decrypted only at the moment of publishing — never exposed anywhere else.

Revoking access

You can disconnect any platform at any time from Connect Platforms. You can also revoke Creator Socials' access directly from each platform's own security settings (Google, TikTok, Meta) if you prefer.

Data & privacy

Each user can only access their own data. Your posts, connected accounts, and settings are private to your account. Read our full Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
